Ger to Ger gives notice that some services provided in connection with its itineraries, including transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and other services, are purchased from various independent suppliers who are not affiliated with Ger to Ger in any way. Although it endeavors to choose the best suppliers available, Ger to Ger has no right to control their operations and therefore makes these travel arrangements upon the express condition that Ger to Ger, and its own agents and employees, shall not be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, irregularity, bodily injury or death to person, or damage to property occasioned through the conduct or default of any company or individual engaged in providing these services.

Ger to Ger shall not be liable for: (a) expenses recovering belongings left behind/lost/stolen on a trip nor belongings that have been damaged during a trip, (b) bodily injury or property damage for any reason, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft, default, detention, annoyance, changes in government regulations, terrorism, war, or failure of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, etc., over which it (Ger to Ger) has no control.

Ger to Ger reserves the right to decline to accept or to restrain from further participation any person it judges to be incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements of participating in the activities, or any person whose unethical actions and/or deportment impede trip operation or the rights, welfare, or enjoyment of other trip members. A refund based on the cost of unused land services is the limit of Ger to GER’s responsibility in such a case. That refund will only be issued after deducting any/all associated costs in transporting the given unruly traveler back to Ulaanbaatar once a “denial of service” has been formally decided by GER to GER’s Administration… in cases of unruly travelers, GER to GER’s “Abusive Karen Policy” goes into force.

Remember you must prepare properly – clothing, sleeping bag, boots, sandals, first-aid kit, medicines (e.g. stomach, headache, pain-killer, and so on), etc.; we do rent sleeping bags but you must email us and confirm if we have any available.

Remember that you are 100% responsible for securing your trip booking via advance deposits – kindly note that bookings are NOT confirmed nor secured till the 30% deposit is successfully received and you’ve obtained a confirmation email from GER to GER.

How much effort you responsibly invest into your own preparations will directly impact the quality of your overall experience(s) – just as you are responsible for your personal own belongings – you are indeed responsible for your own learning and how you apply that learning with everyone around you, hence “responsible travel” as you are completely responsible for your own experiences.

At GER to GER – we provide the online learning resources, nomadic trails and the great outdoors, the nomadic guides that will always be with you (health/safety), the accommodations with the nomadic families (but best you bring your own sleeping bag!), three hearty nomadic-meals a day and the drinks (water and tea)… while everything else is up to you, as you will shape your own nomadic adventure and experiences via your own endeavors – hence this isn’t a standard tour but rather a REAL nomadic lifestyle adventure.

Good luck on your learning and future nomadic endeavors!

Remember you are 100% responsible to check and prepare your financials (deposits and final payments) in advance – cash, credit cards, etc., prior to arriving and starting your tour or nomadic adventure.

Kindly note that GER to GER will NO LONGER assist nor cover irresponsible travelers’ trip costs – “if full payment(s) are not received prior to trip departure date, you will not travel on GER to GER”… so please properly prepared in advance – thank you!

THIS IS FOR THE LESS THAN 5%

Most travelers to do not have to worry about this policy, this policy is specifically targeting those who comprise of less than 5% that have serious anger management issues, bad behaviors, and/or try to conduct a variety of scams, exortions, defrauds, etc. You can learn more about these type of people via YouTube:

    About Karens: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Karens

    About Insurance Scams: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Insurance+Scams

WE ARE HERE TO SERVE, NOT TO BE ABUSED

From 1000s of successful travelers and explorers from around the world, we’ve experienced a handful of Karens over the years (both women and men) – hence we’ve established our “Abusive Karen Policy”.  By submitting this form, you agree: 1) not to physically nor emotionally abuse 2) nor socially (via public libel and malicious abuse) and economically harm (via defraud/extortion) GER to GER and any of its Human Resources/supplier partnerships, as we are here to “provide a service” and not to be abused publicly, privately nor economically.

AS OF TODAY, NO SERVICE DENIALS ONCE TRIP STARTED

As of today, we have never denied anyone service once the trip has commenced. However, we have denied to serve a handful of individuals from joining our trips and/or denied certain travelers from booking additional trips that were not adhering to our fundamental “mutual respect” policy.

OUR RIGHTS TO DENY SERVICE & WHEN

So, please kindly note that GER to GER reserves all rights to immediately deny any/all services, as well as in extreme situations cancel trips when a traveler’s behavior has crossed the line of mutual respect and ethics (e.g. unruly travelers, scammers, frauds, trolls, gaslighters, etc., aka “Abusive Karens” that either physically and/or emotionally harass our Human Resources maliciously via online/offline/public/private abuse).

WE’RE ETHICAL, WE EVEN OFFER REFUNDS TO KARENS VIA OUR POLICY

However, as GER to GER is ethical, we’ll offer refunds of unused services that shall be issued only after deducting the 30% non-refundable deposit and partner payments (e.g. driver fees, hotel fees via their cancellation policies, etc.). Refunds shall be issued only after deducting any/all associated costs in transporting the given unruly traveler back to Ulaanbaatar once a “denial of service” has been formally decided by GER to GER’s Administration.

After all necessary deductions, unused funds shall be issued as a refund ONLY after the scheduled trip is finished/in the following days when we are engaged handling scheduled payments.

WE WILL NOT MEET WITH KARENS FOR SAFETY REASONS

We will not meet with Karens/unruly travelers when we are busy with works and/or meetings with clients NOR when we’ve not approved the appointment(s). Also, we will not meet with Karens “behind closed doors” as we do not desire to put ourselves in a situation, within a private environment, where false accusations of misconduct can be libelously produced for extortion scams, public defamation, publicly discredit via malicious public abuse through defamatory reviews, etc.

HOW WE ISSUE REFUNDS FOR KARENS

In most cases GER to GER shall issue refunds via a bank transfer. GER to GER shall not be liable for any bank transaction deductions nor bank fees – those amounts shall be deducted from the refund itself. In cases where the refund is lower than the bank’s transaction fees, GER to GER is open to alternatives e.g. online gift cards, etc.
